Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using Listincex (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. These Terms apply to token owners, exchange team members, and anyone else who accesses the Service.

2. What Listincex is — and isn't

Listincex is a routing platform connecting token owners with exchanges' verified listing teams. Listincex is not an exchange, broker-dealer, money transmitter, custodian, or financial intermediary of any kind. We do not hold, custody, or transmit funds or tokens on behalf of any user. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for making sure your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency activity in your jurisdiction. Listincex may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at its discretion.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and verify your email before submitting an application. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for enabling two-factor authentication if you choose to, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Applications and submitted content

When you submit an application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to represent the project or token in question;
• The information you provide (token details, contract address, links, and any documents) is accurate and not misleading;
• Submitting the application, and any resulting listing, will not violate any law or third party's rights.

Listincex may apply reasonable limits — such as cooldown periods and duplicate-submission checks — to keep the system usable for everyone, and may remove or refuse to route applications that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

6. No guarantee of listing

Submitting an application does not guarantee that any exchange will review, approve, or respond to it. Every approval or rejection decision belongs entirely to the exchange. Listincex has no visibility into, and no influence over, an individual exchange's listing criteria or timeline beyond routing the application and any status updates the exchange provides.

7. Fees

The Standard plan is free. The optional Full-Service plan is billed per exchange, only on a successful (approved) outcome — see Pricing for current terms, which may be updated from time to time. If an exchange you applied to under Full-Service does not approve your listing, that exchange's fee is refunded in full.

Separately, an exchange may charge its own listing fee, require a market maker fund arrangement, or otherwise request payment once it approves your application. That arrangement — including the amount, timing, and payment method — is strictly between you and that exchange. Listincex never collects, holds, or requests payment of any kind on an exchange's behalf, under any plan.

8. No official partnership; verification is your responsibility

Listincex does not claim any official partnership with any exchange. We forward applications to contacts we've confirmed through an exchange's own official channels, but you are responsible for independently verifying, through the exchange's own official verification tool, that anyone who contacts you is genuinely representing that exchange. 9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Impersonate another person, project, or exchange;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, cooldowns, or duplicate-submission checks;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or spam exchange listing teams or other users;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through unauthorized automated access;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Exchange team accounts

Exchange team accounts are granted only after verification through the exchange's official channels, and are subject to two-factor authentication and other security requirements described in the Service. Exchange team members may only act on behalf of the exchange they're verified for, and must not share account credentials.

11. Intellectual property

The Listincex name, logo, and the Service's design and software are owned by Listincex or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit (token details, documents, etc.), but grant Listincex a license to use, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to route your application and operate the Service.

12. Termination

Listincex may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Service's intended use, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for the deletion process.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Listincex does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any application will be reviewed within any particular timeframe.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listincex and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, funds, tokens, or data, arising from your use of the Service — including any dealings, communications, or payments between you and an exchange, whether or not verified through Listincex.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Listincex harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify users (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute resolution process for these Terms will be specified once Listincex's operating entity is formally established.

18. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Listincex regarding the Service.
