Frequently asked questions

General

What is Listincex?
A routing platform between token owners and verified exchange listing teams — not an exchange itself.
Does Listincex guarantee a listing?
No. Approval is entirely the exchange's decision. We only make sure your application reaches a verified listing team.
Is Listincex an exchange?
No. We don't list tokens ourselves, don't custody funds, and don't claim any official partnership with any exchange — we only route applications to teams we've verified through the exchange's own channels.

Application process

Can I apply to more than one exchange at once?
Yes — one form, select as many supported exchanges as you like. Each gets tracked and resolved independently.
Can I submit applications for more than one token?
Yes — there's no limit on how many different tokens you can submit from your account, one form per token (subject to the short cooldown between submissions below).
How long does it take to hear back from an exchange?
This varies by exchange — Listincex doesn't control their review timeline. Your panel shows a live status for each exchange (Pending → Claimed by team → Under review → Approved/Not approved), so you always know where things stand without needing to ask.
Which blockchains/networks does Listincex support?
The form has dedicated support for Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Tron, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, and Bitcoin — plus an "Other" option where you can name any network not on that list.
What if my token doesn't have a smart contract (it's a native coin)?
That's fine — the contract address field is optional. Native coins on their own chain are just as valid a submission as a token with a smart contract.
Can I edit or withdraw an application?
You can't edit a submitted application, but you can withdraw it from any exchange that's still "Pending" (hasn't been claimed by their team yet) — use the menu on that exchange's card in your application's detail page. Once withdrawn, that exchange's team can no longer see it at all. If every exchange on an application is still Pending, you can also cancel the whole thing at once.
What happens to a withdrawn or deleted application?
It moves to the "Deleted" filter in My Applications. From there you can permanently delete it yourself immediately, or leave it — anything sitting in Deleted for 30 days is automatically and permanently removed.
Can I apply again if an exchange doesn't approve me?
Yes — once an application is resolved (approved or not approved), you're free to submit again for that same token and exchange. The duplicate check only blocks a second submission while one is still unresolved.
Why do I have to wait between submissions?
A short cooldown and a duplicate check prevent the same project from flooding the same exchange with repeat applications.
What happens after I submit an application?
Each exchange you selected gets its own independent status: Pending → Claimed by team → Under review → Approved / Not approved / Needs more info. You can see the full history and timestamps for every exchange in your panel.
What does "Needs more info" mean?
The exchange's listing team has reviewed your application but needs something else from you before deciding. Check your panel or email for details, or open a support ticket if it's unclear.
Can I archive old applications?
Yes — archiving hides an application from your default list without deleting it. You can filter to see archived applications any time and unarchive them if needed.
Do I need to verify my Telegram before applying?
Yes — an application's Telegram contact must be one of your verified accounts, not free text. This proves you actually control it, so no one else can be contacted using your handle. Verify one from the "Verified Telegram accounts" page in your panel, or right from the application form itself.
What is "My Tokens"?
A reusable profile for a token you manage — name, network, contract address, supply, team info, and more, all optional. Save it once in your panel, then use "Import from my token" on the application form to fill in the relevant fields automatically. If an exchange requests more detail, the full profile is attached for their team to review.

Pricing & Full-Service

Is Listincex free?
The Standard plan is free, always. We also offer a paid Full-Service plan — see Pricing for details.
What's the difference between Standard and Full-Service?
On Standard, you handle each exchange yourself, start to finish. On Full-Service, we manage the process for you and only reach out when your input is genuinely needed.
What if my token isn't approved under Full-Service?
You only pay for approvals. Full-Service is priced per exchange ($1799 for the first, +$1799 per additional exchange) — if an exchange doesn't approve your listing, that exchange's fee is refunded in full.
Why do exchanges sometimes charge their own fee?
Some exchanges charge their own listing fee, separate from Listincex. That payment is always handled directly between you and the exchange's verified team — never through Listincex, on either plan.

Security & verification

How do I know I'm really talking to the exchange?
Always verify any contact through that exchange's own official verification tool before sharing anything further — never take our word, or theirs, alone.
What is the "Verify a Contact" tool?
A free, public lookup at /verify/ — check any Telegram, WhatsApp, X, or phone number claiming to be Listincex against our real, official contacts, or check an exchange staff member's Telegram against the ones we've confirmed. No account needed.
What's the security code in my panel for?
A unique code per application. Whoever contacts you from the exchange should be able to reference it — but that alone isn't proof of identity, always verify through official channels too.
Can I add extra security to my account?
Yes — two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but recommended for token owners. Turn it on from Settings in your panel.
What happens if I enter my password wrong too many times?
Your account is temporarily locked after several failed attempts, to protect it from guessing attacks. Wait a while and try again, or reset your password.

Account & privacy

Can I sign up with Google?
Where available, yes — look for the "Sign in with Google" option on the login and registration pages.
Can I request my account and data be deleted?
Yes. Request it from Settings in your panel, or see our Privacy Policy for the full process.
How do I change my password?
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page — it works the same way whether or not you remember your current password.

For exchange teams

How do I join my exchange's listing team on Listincex?
Apply through the "Exchange Team? Apply" link in the footer — we verify through your exchange's official channels before granting access.
Is 2FA required for exchange staff?
Yes, it's mandatory before you can view or claim any applications — you'll be walked through setup on first login.
What happens if I lose access to my authenticator app?
Open a support ticket (or have your exchange contact Listincex directly) — our team will verify your identity and help reset your two-factor authentication.

Reporting & trust

What if someone impersonates an exchange or asks me for payment?
Report it — no account needed. Include as much detail as you can, like the Telegram handle used.
Does Listincex ever ask for payment on behalf of an exchange?
Never. Listincex doesn't collect listing fees, market maker funds, or any other payment on an exchange's behalf, under any plan. Any such request from a verified exchange contact goes directly between you and them.

Referral program

How does the referral program work?
Share your link. When someone you referred gets an exchange listing approved and Listincex has been paid its commission by that exchange, you automatically earn a percentage of that commission. See the Referral Program page for the full breakdown.
Do I earn from referrals even if the person is on the free plan?
Yes. Your commission comes out of what Listincex itself earns from the exchange for that listing — not from the applicant's plan or fee — so it applies regardless of whether they used Standard or Full-Service.
How many levels deep does it go?
Exactly two. You earn from people you directly referred, and from people they refer — never further up or down the chain than that, no matter how long it gets.
When and how can I withdraw?
Once your balance reaches the minimum, request a withdrawal from the Referrals section of your panel in USDT or USDC, on Tron, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, or Ethereum. Every withdrawal is manually reviewed and sent by our team, not automated.

Listincex only works with verified exchange staff.
You can verify this yourself directly through each exchange's own official website.
