Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026.

1. Scope

This policy explains what information Listincex collects, why, and what choices you have, across our website, panels, and any related services (together, the "Service"). It applies to token owners, exchange team members, and visitors.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, a hashed password (never stored in plain text), and — if you provide it — your full name.

Application data: token name and symbol, contract address and chain, website, Telegram and Twitter handles, description, whitepaper link, and any logo or document you upload.

Support & reporting data: the content of support tickets, contact form messages, and abuse reports you submit, including an email address if you choose to leave one.

Technical data: IP address and basic device/browser information, collected automatically for security purposes (for example, rate limiting and account-lockout protection) and session cookies.

Third-party sign-in: if you use "Sign in with Google," we receive your name and email address from Google to create or match your account. We don't receive your Google password.

We don't ask for or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, or payment credentials.

3. How we use it

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who sees your information

An exchange only sees the applications you submitted to that specific exchange — never your activity elsewhere on the platform, and never applications you submitted to other exchanges. Exchange team members cannot see your account settings or other personal data beyond what's in the application itself. Listincex staff can access data as needed to operate, secure, and support the platform. We may also share information where required by law, or with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, email delivery or error monitoring), under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data retention

We keep account and application data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Some records — such as abuse reports involving your account, or compliance-related records requested by an exchange — may be retained longer where legally required.

6. Your rights & deletion requests

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from Settings in your panel, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account. We'll confirm your identity, then process the request within 30 days, except for records we're legally required to retain longer. You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, using the same contact.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms, never stored in plain text. Exchange team accounts require two-factor authentication, and it's available (optional) for token owners too. We apply rate limiting and account lockouts to reduce brute-force and credential-stuffing risk. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep these protections current. See the Disclaimer for the limits of what we can verify about who contacts you after an application is approved.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery — no third-party advertising trackers. A short banner lets you acknowledge this on your first visit.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we'll take steps to remove it.

10. International data transfers

Depending on where you and our infrastructure providers are located, your data may be processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for any such transfer.

11. Third-party links

The Service links to exchanges' own websites and verification tools. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control — please review them separately.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, and where appropriate, we'll notify you directly.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data? [email protected], or use our contact form.

This is a general-purpose draft, not a substitute for legal advice. A full review by counsel is recommended once the operating company is formally established, including any region-specific requirements (e.g. GDPR).

Listincex only works with verified exchange staff.
You can verify this yourself directly through each exchange's own official website.
