Short answer: yes — but you shouldn't have to just take our word for it. Here's exactly what we do, what we don't do, and what's actually protecting you.
We're just the bridge — nothing more
Listincex is not an exchange, and we never pretend to be one. We don't decide who gets listed, we don't set an exchange's criteria, and we don't influence their timeline. Our entire job is to take one application from you and route it to the right exchange's own verified listing team — that's the whole relationship.
That also means the reverse is true: we can't guarantee a listing, and anyone who tells you a listing is guaranteed — whether they claim to be from Listincex or from an exchange — is not being honest with you.

What we never do
We never touch money
Listing fees or market maker funds, if an exchange asks for them, go directly between you and the exchange — never through Listincex, on any plan.
We never guarantee a listing
Approval is always the exchange's own decision, on their own criteria and timeline. We can't promise an outcome, and we won't claim to.
We never sell your data

How to protect yourself from scams
Most scams that happen "through" a platform like Listincex don't come from Listincex being hacked or compromised — they come from someone impersonating a real exchange contact. Here's exactly how that trick works, and how to shut it down every time.
The fake "username" trick
A common scam: someone hides their real Telegram @username and puts a fake one in their display name or "location" field instead — so at a glance it looks like they're the account you were told to expect. Always check the actual @username in Telegram's profile, not the display name.
Always verify on the exchange's own site
Never take a Telegram handle, a security code, or a Listincex message as proof on its own. The exchange's own official website is the only source that can't be faked by an impersonator — use their listed verification tool or official support channel before you trust anyone.
Verified today doesn't mean verified forever
When Listincex adds an exchange contact, we confirm it's real at that moment — but staff leave jobs, accounts get compromised, and access gets revoked. A contact being "verified" in the past isn't a permanent guarantee. Re-check through the exchange's own channel before sharing anything sensitive, especially if time has passed since you first got in touch.
None of this is unique to Listincex — it's how impersonation scams work anywhere in crypto. The habit that protects you everywhere is the same: verify through the official source, every time, no exceptions, even for someone you've talked to before.
