Listincex is not an exchange. We are a routing platform that connects token owners with the verified listing teams of supported exchanges. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the Service — it explains the boundaries of what Listincex does and doesn't take responsibility for.
No official partnership
Listincex does not claim any official partnership, affiliation, or endorsement with any exchange named or listed on this site. We forward applications to what we've confirmed to be an exchange's verified listing contact — nothing more. Exchange logos and names are used for identification purposes only.
No listing guarantee
Submitting an application through Listincex does not guarantee acceptance, review within any particular timeframe, or any response at all. Every approval or rejection decision belongs entirely to the exchange, based on its own criteria, which Listincex does not control, influence, or have visibility into beyond the status the exchange chooses to share.
Verification is your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming, through the exchange's own official verification tool or official website, that whoever contacts you claiming to represent that exchange is genuinely doing so. Once you've made that confirmation, everything that follows in that conversation — including any negotiation, agreement, or payment — is outside Listincex's responsibility, oversight, and protection. Listincex is not a party to, and has no visibility into, communications between you and an exchange once contact is made.
We never request payment on an exchange's behalf
Listincex never asks for payment for listing purposes, and never collects, holds, or transmits a listing fee, market maker fund, or any other payment on an exchange's behalf, under any plan. An exchange may independently charge its own listing fee or request other arrangements (such as market maker funds) — that is always a separate matter handled directly between you and the exchange's verified team, never through Listincex. If anyone claiming to represent Listincex asks you for payment, treat it as suspicious and report it.
Not financial, legal, or investment advice
Nothing on Listincex — including exchange descriptions, FAQ content, blog posts, or any communication from our team — constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency assets and exchange listings carry inherent risk, including regulatory, market, and technical risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Accuracy of third-party information
Exchange details, links, and status information displayed on Listincex are provided to the best of our knowledge but may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to change without notice by the exchange in question. We encourage you to verify any information directly with the exchange before relying on it.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listincex is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm — financial or otherwise — arising from your reliance on information provided through the Service, your dealings with any exchange, or the outcome (or absence of outcome) of any application.
